Emmie started blogging as Skinny Emmie in 2009 as a weight loss blog. Over the years, she has lost weight, but most importantly, She’s learned to love myself no matter what the size. Krystal Thompson is a 500 hour Professional Yoga Therapist. She helps people listen to their bodies and love their bodies through yoga because she believes that every body can do yoga and that every body is beautiful.
Over the past 5 years she has helped people connect back to their center and get grounded in a healing and transformational practice of self-love. Krystal loves to see people’s lives open up to more freedom and joy when they release themselves from the shackles of body shame
